OUR MISSION

Our team believes great staging is about more than furniture; it’s about creating inviting interiors that tell a story, spark emotion, and leave a lasting first impression. JENNA STREET | FOUNDER + CEO

Jenna’s fascination with home design began early. As a child, she was constantly reimagining her living space and experimenting with furniture layouts and thoughtfully rearranging her bedroom. By high school, her creative instincts had grown strong enough that she earned permission to refresh her walk-in closet with fresh paint and shelving paper.

After spending more than a decade as a volleyball coach, Jenna brought that same discipline, leadership, and eye for strategy into the world of home staging. She was working with a large staging company in Portland when the pandemic changed everything. When the business closed its doors, Jenna found herself navigating a new routine and a new opportunity. A simple request from a friend in real estate to help stage a home turned into referrals, then more projects, and eventually the launch of her own company.

Today, Jenna leads with a clear vision: keep design practical, keep the process easy, and make sure every space we stage does exactly what it’s supposed to do, help homes stand out, and move forward.

RICKY PIERCE | CHIEF OF OPERATIONS

Ricky keeps everything running smoothly and has been doing it for over five years. As Chief of Operations, he’s the one making sure the details line up, the systems work, and the team can focus on what we do best.

With a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s in commercial real estate development and investments, Ricky brings both the numbers and the strategy to the table. Real estate isn’t new territory for him either; he grew up around it, thanks to a family full of agents, so the industry has always felt like home.

When he’s not keeping operations on point, you’ll probably find him following football, basketball, baseball, UFC, tracking investments, or diving into a good history deep-dive.

MELISSA NICHOLS | DIRECTOR OF SALES & DESIGN

Melissa brings a background in interior design, remodeling, and home staging, along with a strong understanding of how thoughtful design can transform the way a home is experienced. Before joining Agape Home Co, she worked as a designer with Pottery Barn, partnered with real estate teams preparing homes for market, and ran her own interior design business.

Melissa has a natural ability to create spaces that feel both beautiful and approachable, balancing thoughtful furniture placement with textures and details that bring warmth and character to a room. Her personal design style leans toward woven textures, subtle coastal influences, and cool blue tones that create calm, inviting interiors.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys reading, long walks, and exploring home décor shops for inspiration.

A FEW OF OUR

FAVORITE THINGS

01. WARM AND MODERN - GOODBYE GREY

Portland interiors are moving away from the cold gray palette that dominated the past ten years. Instead, homes are shifting toward warmer neutrals and natural tones that feel comfortable during long rainy seasons.

02. CURVES, ARCHES & SOFT SHAPES

Sharp modern angles are giving way to rounded architectural forms and furniture. It softens spaces and makes rooms feel inviting and conversational, which shows well in photos.

03. MOODY ACCENT MOMENTS

Instead of dark rooms everywhere, designers and stagers are using one intentional dark element to create contrast and depth. It adds contrast in photography, which helps rooms read clearly on Zillow and Instagram instead of looking flat or washed out.

04. SPRING REST

March listings tend to shift away from heavy winter styling toward fresh, breathable interiors. Styling cues:

  • Lighter linen pillows and throws

  • Ceramic or stoneware vases

  • Simple branches or early spring greenery

  • Minimal coffee table styling
