OUR MISSION
Our team believes great staging is about more than furniture; it’s about creating inviting interiors that tell a story, spark emotion, and leave a lasting first impression. Whether you need home staging, vacant property staging, or furniture rental, we work closely with you to design spaces that stand out in today’s competitive market and help properties move forward with confidence.
THE TEAM
JENNA STREET | FOUNDER + CEO
Jenna’s fascination with home design began early. As a child, she was constantly reimagining her living space and experimenting with furniture layouts and thoughtfully rearranging her bedroom. By high school, her creative instincts had grown strong enough that she earned permission to refresh her walk-in closet with fresh paint and shelving paper.
After spending more than a decade as a volleyball coach, Jenna brought that same discipline, leadership, and eye for strategy into the world of home staging. She was working with a large staging company in Portland when the pandemic changed everything. When the business closed its doors, Jenna found herself navigating a new routine and a new opportunity. A simple request from a friend in real estate to help stage a home turned into referrals, then more projects, and eventually the launch of her own company.
Today, Jenna leads with a clear vision: keep design practical, keep the process easy, and make sure every space we stage does exactly what it’s supposed to do, help homes stand out, and move forward.
RICKY PIERCE | CHIEF OF OPERATIONS
Ricky keeps everything running smoothly and has been doing it for over five years. As Chief of Operations, he’s the one making sure the details line up, the systems work, and the team can focus on what we do best.
With a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s in commercial real estate development and investments, Ricky brings both the numbers and the strategy to the table. Real estate isn’t new territory for him either; he grew up around it, thanks to a family full of agents, so the industry has always felt like home.
When he’s not keeping operations on point, you’ll probably find him following football, basketball, baseball, UFC, tracking investments, or diving into a good history deep-dive.
VANESSA HEISTERKAMP | PHOTOGRAPHER + DESIGNER
Vanessa’s passion for photography began unexpectedly in a seventh-grade math class and quickly evolved into a lifelong pursuit. Drawn to small details and often-overlooked moments, she has built a career around creating imagery that feels both intentional and effortlessly engaging. Her background in commercial hospitality photography spans more than thirteen years and includes the capture of over 400 hotels across the United States, Canada, China, and the Caribbean.
Vanessa’s experience includes large-scale, brand-driven productions, from contributing to global brand standard updates for international hotel portfolios to leading integrated still and video campaigns for nationally recognized hospitality brands. Whether behind the camera or guiding the visual direction of a space, she brings a restrained, thoughtful approach that prioritizes clarity, cohesion, and authenticity. The result is work that feels refined and purposeful, never overdone, always considered, and designed to connect naturally with its audience.
A FEW OF OUR
FAVORITE THINGS
01. WARM EARTHY PALLETS AND COLOR DEPTH
Move into richer, nature-inspired color schemes: Browns, olive greens, terracotta, deep blues, and saturated hues create warmth and depth. Earthy vibrancy replaces cool grays and stark neutrals, fostering comfort and character.
02. STATEMENT DETAILS
Designers are leaning into expressive elements: Wallpapers with pattern layering and tactile textures turn walls into feature surfaces. Decorative trims, bold tile shapes, and dramatic accents elevate spaces.
03. RETURN OF CLASSIC STYLES
Traditional design elements are experiencing a resurgence: Styles like Neo Deco, traditional millwork, and rich materials are back, often blended with modern sensibilities. Checkerboard patterns, statement stone slabs, and classic cabinetry add timeless flair.
04. SUSTAINABILITY AND LONGEVITY
Rather than fast trends: Sustainable choices, durable materials, and pieces with history or longevity are prioritized. Vintage, artisan, and well-made items replace throwaway furniture.
